RESPONSIBILITIES
The roles and responsibilities would include:
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify potential clients through LinkedIn and other professional platforms. Plan and execute focused outreach strategies to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Engagement
Initiate and manage communication with prospects, qualify leads, and convert them into viable business opportunities through consistent follow-ups.
Relationship Management
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal tech and delivery teams to tailor proposals that meet client requirements and highlight our unique value proposition.
Industry Insights
Stay updated with global trends in IT staffing, outsourcing, and emerging technologies to keep communication and strategies competitive.
Representation
Represent GraffersID in virtual meetings, client calls, and across networking platforms with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–2 years of proven experience in international or domestic B2B sales, preferably in the IT sector
Strong command over written and spoken English
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms, and CRM systems
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on metrics, outcomes, and continuous improvement
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
A self-starter attitude with a passion for growth and learning
