Designation: Business Development Executive

Location: Indore

RESPONSIBILITIES

The roles and responsibilities would include:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
    Identify potential clients through LinkedIn and other professional platforms. Plan and execute focused outreach strategies to build a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Client Engagement
    Initiate and manage communication with prospects, qualify leads, and convert them into viable business opportunities through consistent follow-ups.

  • Relationship Management
    Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Collaboration
    Work closely with internal tech and delivery teams to tailor proposals that meet client requirements and highlight our unique value proposition.

  • Industry Insights
    Stay updated with global trends in IT staffing, outsourcing, and emerging technologies to keep communication and strategies competitive.

  • Representation
    Represent GraffersID in virtual meetings, client calls, and across networking platforms with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in international or domestic B2B sales, preferably in the IT sector

  • Strong command over written and spoken English

  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms, and CRM systems

  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on metrics, outcomes, and continuous improvement

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

  • A self-starter attitude with a passion for growth and learning
